Healthy meals on a weight loss journey

Nothing really to talk about today. I usually like to write about my feelings on a different blog post anyways. What did I eat that was healthy on todays weight loss journey? Take a look at my list and you can decide. I hope that my daily list will give you an idea about things that you can add to your eating program.

Chocolate protean shake with 8 ounces of low fat milk
Starbucks Pepperoni & Tomato Savory Fold Over
Slow cook chicken breast
1/2 cup of salad
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1/2 cup of spinach
