Uniform Stories: Rolling in a rig

So I was doing my security job around campus in Fort Worth, Texas. All of a sudden I hear music. It starts getting louder and louder. So I'm thinking that it's a car wondering around looking for drug sales. Sometimes the campus has cars race down the street. Or we'll have guys that like to roam around with the music blaring. It's not going to happen on my shift. Oh no!

What do I see but 5 handsome guys in a big rig roll down our street. I'm surprise that the police department didn't pull them over. Though I'm sure they are in cahoots with the East Side Fort Worth Police Department.

You know who you are rascals!

Thanks for putting a smile on my face tonight!

Diabetic Medics Autumn Chicken Recipe

This is a great chicken recipe to make if you have a large family or if you cook a lot of food for the week and then freeze it for later. I know that many can't afford a bottle of white wine or just don't like the taste of it in a chicken recipe. So expect to see a recipe called How to cook Autumn Chicken scratching the wine bottle. Until then enjoy this meal that makes 10 servings.

What you will need to cook Autumn Chicken
1 can or 14 ounces of whole artichoke hearts, drained
1 can or 14 ounces of whole mushrooms, divided
12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar or 6 1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, with liquid
3/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Ten servings of Hot cooked noodles
Paprika for garnish

Spread whole artichokes over bottom of slow cooker. Top with half of mushrooms. Layer chicken over mushrooms. Add marinated artichoke hearts with liquid. Add remaining mushrooms. Pour in wine and vinaigrette. Cover; cook on low 4 to 5 hours. Serve over noodles.

If you are planning to freeze this meal for later then omit the noodles and make the amount of servings you need when you plan to eat this meal again.
