Dinner Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Stew

Do you want to know how to cook mixed vegetable stew. It's another meal at the PNS shelter. Though the concept of mixed vegetable stew is great, the shelter made it too salty. Actually a lot of foods at the shelter are too salty. Sometimes I wonder if they are in cahoots with the local hospital to earn income.
What you will need to cook mix vegetable stew:
four ounces of beef shoulder per person, one potato diced per person, one large bag of frozen mixed vegetables, a quarter of an onion diced per person, one bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
So a family of four would need a pound of beef shoulder, four potatoes, a large bag of frozen mixed vegetables, and one large onion diced.
Cut beef shoulder into chunks and brown in skillet. Transfer stew meat to a large pot and cover with water. Bring heat to medium and let simmer until meat begins to break away in strands of beef.
Add potatoes, onions, and the large bag of mixed vegetables to pot. Cook on medium until potatoes are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Alternatives to how to cook mixed vegetable stew:
